By the end of the year, the system of automatic video recording of violations of the taffic rules can fully be implemented in Ukraine. In March of this year Kyiv authorities first from city administrations, with their KP "Informatics", signed an agreement with LLC "Ukrainian System Innovations" for the supply of 20 complexes of automatic photo and video fixing violations of traffic rules.

The tender was held on the negotiation procedure in connection with the lack of competition (paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Article 35 of the Law on Public Procurement). At the moment, only Ukrainian System Innovations has all the necessary certificates and conclusions stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the "Cascade" was fully developed by Ukrainian engineers and was tested on the country's roads by the National Police of Ukraine. According to the estimates of the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, the maximum number of video cameras will be approximately 1 thousand. Obviously, the project is a long overdue public request to improve road safety in the country.
